Most ice creams rely on refined sugar, syrups, or artificial sweeteners to do the heavy lifting. We does something simpler. We sweeten our ice cream (and chocolate) only with honey. It adds a smooth, balanced sweetness that lets our ingredients shine, instead of burying them under refined sugar.
REAL INGREDIENTS
Most ice cream bars rely on refined sugar, syrups, or artificial sweeteners to distract your taste buds. Why? Because when ingredients aren’t great, sweetness becomes a disguise. HoneyMoo does the opposite. We sweeten our ice cream only with honey, which adds a softer, more balanced sweetness that lets the real ingredients: milk, cream, vanilla, pistachio, coffee, taste like themselves.
